The deliverable

The event is over. The Action Plan makes the signal usable.

ExpoAmp reconciles the evidence your event produced, prioritizes the real opportunities and drafts follow-up grounded in what was actually discussed.

What you receive

Not another lead export. A coordinated post-event operating plan.

Executive event readout

A concise view of what the event produced, where opportunity concentrated and what needs attention.

Priority Opportunity Queue

A ranked list based on conversation substance, intent, commercial fit and committed next steps.

Identity and match review

Contacts, scans and conversations reconciled with uncertainty clearly surfaced for human review.

Next actions and owners

Specific work attached to the opportunity: schedule the demo, send the integration map or make the introduction.

Relevant follow-up drafts

Messages grounded in the real conversation. You review, adjust and send—ExpoAmp does not fabricate missing details.

CRM-ready handoff

Structured records for pipeline follow-through, including priority, evidence, next step and unresolved data gaps.

What makes it different

Conversation substance comes before scan count.

A badge scan proves proximity. A conversation proves context. ExpoAmp uses each source for what it can establish, then flags what it cannot prove.

  • Substantive conversations outrank casual stops
  • One company can include multiple participants
  • Strong conversations without a scan stay visible
  • Scans without business signal remain out of the opportunity queue
  • Every draft stays grounded in captured evidence
“The return on the booth was not in every scan. It was in the conversations that created a real next move.”
Start with one event

One event. One complete Action Plan.

The fixed-scope engagement turns one event’s conversations and contact records into prioritized follow-up before you consider a broader event program.

  • Up to 250 contact records and 50 substantive conversations
  • Ranked opportunities, next actions and up to 50 follow-up drafts
  • Executive readout and CRM-ready handoff
  • One review round with your team
  • Target delivery within three business days of complete, usable intake

Larger events, CRM implementation and autonomous outreach require a separate scope.

Appropriate expectations

Human judgment stays in the loop.

The Action Plan accelerates review; it does not pretend uncertain identities or incomplete conversations are facts. Your team confirms matches and approves the follow-up before anything reaches a prospect or CRM.

Common questions

What does ExpoAmp need from us?

Your event goals plus whatever approved evidence your team already captures: badge or contact exports, business cards, notes, photos, transcripts and CRM fields. We recommend planning the intake before the event, but we can also assess what is available afterward.

What form should the event evidence take?

ExpoAmp confirms the appropriate intake method after reviewing the event, available material and desired outcome.

How quickly is the Action Plan delivered?

Timing depends on event size, source quality and review needs. We confirm the delivery target before the event; the goal is to make the plan useful while conversations are still fresh.

What happens to our source files?

Source audio and transcript files are deleted promptly after processing and no later than seven days after delivery or the engagement ending. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Want this waiting after your next event?

We’ll start with the conversations, contact records and event context you already have.
